The Mobile System is used when it is not possible to install a sensor network or when they were not initially planned. The system is accurate and works with a buried Hylam IQ geomembrane with overburden depths up to 50cm.

The system records data as the operative walks the "grid" and the data is then logged by computer allowing an electronic map to be plotted which identifies a geomembrane breach.

The Hylam IQ geomembrane composite enhances the electronic leak location  equipment by introducing a stable and consistent conductive substrate with known resistivity values.
